Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Traveling Bird House, LLC for your event. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation by Client: More than 60 Days' Notice: If you cancel your event more than 60 days prior to the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus a processing fee of 3%. 30 to 45 Days' Notice: If you cancel your event between 30 and 45 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund of any deposits or payments made. Less than 30 Days' Notice: If you cancel your event within 30 days of the scheduled date, no refund will be provided on any payments made. Cancellation by Traveling Bird House, LLC. In the unlikely event that Traveling Bird House, LLC must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund of any deposits or payments made or reschedule the event at a mutually agreed-upon date, based on availability. Rescheduling: Clients wishing to reschedule their event must notify us at least 30 days before the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, the original cancellation policy will apply. Force Majeure: Traveling Bird House, LLC is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event or provide a credit for future services. Notification Procedure: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or letter and will be effective on the date received. Changes to Policy: Traveling Bird House, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in writing.
